TimePieceStore will service all watches sold on our website under warranty for a period of 1 to 3 years.

In the circumstances which give rise to a warranty claim, our customer care consultant will assist you to ensure smooth and hassle-free warranty works.
– Our experienced and highly-efficient service center has faster turn-around time than many other service centers.
Most delays in other service centers are caused by simple handling time.
– Service conducted by third-party unauthorized service centers voids this warranty.
– If watch defect is notified within 7 days of receive (NOT due to wear and tear or misuse such as exceeding water resistance limit), we bear ALL shipping costs (in cases where TimePieceStore recommends a carrier but a different carrier is used, we will only pay for estimated cost of recommended carrier)
– If watch is defective within 30 days of receive (NOT due to wear and tear or misuse), TimePieceStore bears return shipping cost only.
Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program.
We do not service watches with any physical damages to the watch exterior (e.g. case, glass/crystal, bracelet, buckle) due to wear and tear.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, such as exceeding the watch manufacturer water resistance guidelines.
