Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat handling fee of AU$49 per order to anywhere in the world.
Please note that we only accept physical address, PO Boxes will not be accepted.

Delivery Process

All shipments will be shipped from our fulfilment centres located outside of Australia.
We deliver all our goods with Fedex or DHL.
Once your good has been shipped, we will email the shipment tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.

Delivery Time

Most orders leave our fulfillment centre within 2-4 business days.
Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 2-4 business days.
Hence, in most cases our customers receive their goods within 4-8 business days from the date of order.

Taxes

All our prices are GST-inclusive.
The 10% GST will be refunded upon shipment for shipping addresses outside of Australia.

Customers outside of Australia are responsible for all duties and import taxes, if any.

Return Policy

We provide money back guarantee to all our goods sold. If you are not entirely satisfied with the purchase, it can be returned adhering to the following conditions:

1) The watch must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Please do not wear a watch which you might return.

2) Notification within 5 days of receipt
Please e-mail us within 5 days upon receipt of order if you are not happy with the purchase or to notify us of any defect/discrepancy on the watch.

3) We take no responsibility for variations in colour or details.
There may be some variations in colour or detail from what you have seen on screen compare to the actual item, whist every effort is made to depict items as accurately as possible, we cannot be responsible for minor variations.  Please check the official manufacturer website and double check any variations with us prior to purchasing.

4) Special order
Special orders are NOT returnable.
Special orders are items that TimePieceStore does not usually carry and thus has to be ordered specifically for each order.
Rest assured, the customer will be notified before the order is processed if the watch chosen is deemed a “special order” item.

5) Shipping Cost, Transaction fee and Restocking fee
If the return is a result of our error, refund will include ALL shipping costs (for the return shipping, we will only cover for Registered Post but not Express Shipping).
Otherwise, shipping cost and PayPal transaction fee* (around 3%) will be deducted from the refund, and a 10% restocking fee (maximum AU$65) will be charged to offset merchant fees and handling cost. We also do not bear the cost for the return shipment.
*Does not apply to bank transfer payments

Instructions to Request for a Refund:
1) Send an email to [email protected] within 5 days of receipt. In the email, include your original order number, contact number, reason for return.

2) Once approved, further details will be provided on how to return the watch.

3) The return approval expires 7 days after the issuing date. All returns must be shipped out within 7 days after receiving the return instructions email.

4) Once verified the returned order is as described, the refund will be credited back to the credit card, PayPal account, or bank account.

Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the purchase, it can be exchanged adhering to the following conditions:

1) If requested exchange is of lower value than current purchase, remaining balance will be refunded.

2) The watch must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Please do not wear a watch which you might exchange.

3) Notification within 5 days of receipt
Please e-mail us within 5 days upon receipt of order.

4) We take no responsibility for variations in colour or details.

If the exchange is a result of our error, we bear ALL shipping costs (for the return shipping, we will only cover for Registered Post but not Express Shipping).
Otherwise, we do not bear shipping cost to ship watch back to us. AU$49 shipping cost will be charged to ship the exchanged watch to you.

Instructions to Request for an Exchange:

1) Send an email to [email protected] within 5 days of receipt. In the email, include your original order number, contact number, reason for exchange.

2) Once approved, further details will be provided on how to return the watch for exchange.

3) The exchange approval expires 7 days after the issuing date. All returns must be shipped out within 7 days after receiving the return/exchange instructions email.

4) Once verified the returned watch is as described, the requested watch in exchange will be shipped to you using International Priority Shipping with a trackable carrier i.e. FedEx, UPS or DHL.

Changing and Cancelling Order

To Change An Order

If for any reason you would like to change an order, as long as the order has not been shipped, simply pay (or get refunded) for the price difference, and we will ship you the new model.
However, if this a special order* that we can no longer cancel from the manufacturer, it is NOT changeable.

To Cancel An Order

If you would like to cancel an order before it is shipped:
— If you paid via bank transfer, full refund will be issued back to your account deducting bank fees, if any. (Normally there is none)
— If you paid via any other methods, 3-4% will be deducted to pay for the transaction fees that we do not get back from PayPal.

If you would like to cancel the order after it has been shipped, please refer to our Return&Exchange policy.

However, if this a special order* that we can no longer cancel from the manufacturer, it is NOT cancellable.
